All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and many of our orders ship the same day! You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information. We ship all our orders using USPS, Fed Ex, 

DHL or UPS. NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier service delays. It is common during the holidays, for Carriers to take an extra day.  They estimate delivery dates, but do not guarantee a delivery date during peak season. 

Domestic Shipping:

At Snow Country Outerwear, our customers are our priority, that’s why we offer FREE economy shipping on all US domestic orders.

Need your item in a hurry? Choose any one of our faster shipping options, from UPS ground to FedEx Next day. We’ve got you covered! Prices for expedited shipping vary based on weight. Please refer to the chart below for more details.

International Shipping: 

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations, as well as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Choose between DHL Express, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express. DHL Express orders typically arrive within 3 business days and are well worth the upgrade! Please see the chart below for approximate shipping times for other options. Shipping costs are calculated on item weight and do not include customs, duties, fees, or VAT, which may be incurred once your shipment reaches its country of destination. Snow Country Outerwear is not responsible for any of these charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

To receive your shipment via PO Box you must choose Fed Ex, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders, or 2 weeks for international orders) please contact us at  nwsalesconnection@usa.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. We do extend the return policy during the holiday season.  From November 15 through December 15, the return policy is extended to 1/15. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging or with tags attached.

All swimwear must have the hygienic liners still in place. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny any return if it does not meet our requirements. We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping mode.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, please allow 3-5 business days from the date that we receive the return for the refund to be fully processed. We try to process most returns upon receipt, but it does take a few days for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) for the price of the item. Please be advised that some financial institutions may take longer to process your refund.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items:

If you receive the wrong item, your item arrives damaged, or is defective due to craftsmanship, please email the photos along with your name and confirmation number to nwsalesconnection@usa.net.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. If you paid for shipping when the item was purchased,  those costs are nonrefundable.
