International Shipping: 

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations, as well as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Choose between DHL Express, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express. DHL Express orders typically arrive within 3 business days and are well worth the upgrade! Please see the chart below for approximate shipping times for other options. Shipping costs are calculated on item weight and do not include customs, duties, fees, or VAT, which may be incurred once your shipment reaches its country of destination. Snow Country Outerwear is not responsible for any of these charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

To receive your shipment via PO Box you must choose Fed Ex, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders, or 2 weeks for international orders) please contact us at (704)804-3170 or nwsalesconnection@usa.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging or with tags.

All swimwear must have the hygienic liners still in place. Please note that all final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to deny any return if it does not meet our requirements. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 business days from the date that we receive the return for the refund to be fully processed.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) for the price of the item. Please be advised that some financial institutions may take longer to process your refund.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items:

If you receive the wrong item, your item arrives damaged, or is defective due to craftsmanship, please call us at (704)804-3170 or take photos of the item and email the photos along with your name and confirmation number to nwsalesconnection@usa.net.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
