1. Processing Time: We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order is received by 2:00 Pm Eastern time (M-F), we will attempt to process and ship it on the same day. Orders received after 2 pm EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday.

2. Shipping Options and Timeframes: We offer the following shipping options for orders within the US mainland:

   a) Economy Shipping ($7.95): Delivery time: 4-6 business days. We are located in SC, so delivery to most East Coast cities is 2-4 business days. Central US deliveries typically take 3-4 business days (rural areas may take 5-6) and West coast deliveries typically take 4-6 business days. (rural areas may take an extra day)

   b) Standard Express: Delivery time: 3 business days. Price: Calculated based on the weight of the items in your order. (there are rural areas wthat will take 4 days)

   c) Express: Delivery: Delivery time: 2 business days. Price: Calculated based on the weight of the items in your order. (there are rural areas that will take 3 days)

   d) PLEASE NOTE.... when you place an order, business days are calculated accordingly: One business day, is 24 hours after the order ships. ie...the order ships on Monday, the first business day is Tuesday. 2nd business day is Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days. So, an order shipped on Monday, 2 business days would be arrival Wednesday. 3 business days would be arrive on Thursday. 5 business days would be arrival the following Monday.
3. Shipping Rates and Times for Alaska, Hawaii, and outer Islands will be calculated at the checkout process. Please note that these rates and times may differ from the US mainland shipping options.
4. Worldwide International orders: We offer DHL Express shipping to most countries in the world. Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout and this now breaks down and includes ALL taxes, duty and fees. Your package should arrive within 3-7 days.

5. Courier-Related Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the courier. We will work closely with the shipping provider to resolve any issues, but we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

6. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

At Snow Country Outerwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy ensures a smooth process for your returns. Please carefully read the following guidelines to understand how our return policy works:

1. About Redo (US customers only)

• For US customers only, a purchase of the $3.98 Free Returns Coverage allows you to receive a paid return or exchange label for any eligible item in that order! If you did not purchase Redo coverage, please continue through the return portal to submit your return or exchange request. You will be prompted to purchase your return label inside of our return portal. This amount will be deducted from your return value. The price of this label is variable and is simply the best available rate, it depends on the weight of your return.

• Please read the exchange process below to better understand how our exchanges work.

2. Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. From 11/15-12-15, we extend holiday returns to 1/15. 
• Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
• Original shipping fees are not refundable. 
• We allow an extra week for transit, for international returns. (see international return instructions below)

3. USA Return Process:

• For returns within the US, You have two options for initiating a return:
  • Visit our returns portal here to receive/purchase your return label. This label can be used to ship your item back to us, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. You will also have the option to exchange your item for a different size. 
  • Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please include a copy of the invoice. 

4. Exchange Process: (USA customers only)

• We offer two types of exchanges: Standard and Instant exchanges.
•  Standard exchanges process once we receive the item back in our warehouse and require no credit card information.
• Instant exchanges will require you to put your credit card information in, but will process immediately and ship the same or following business day. You MUST ship your item back to us within 2 weeks of creating this exchange, otherwise your card will be charged for the full price of the item. This allows us to get you your exchanges much faster, since we can ship you your item before you even send it back to us. The item does not need to arrive in the 2 week period, it just needs be shipped within 2 weeks.
• While we offer the ability to exchange for a different size/color of an item, we also offer the ability to exchange for any other item in our store. If there is a discrepancy in price you will either be refunded the difference or sent an invoice for the difference. We cannot guarantee the item you are exchanging for will be in stock unless you do an instant exchange. The item is not reserved in our inventory until the package is dropped off with the carrier.

5. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your returned item.
• Please note that some financial institutions might take longer to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Condition of Returns:

• Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with hang tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns if items show signs of use or damage.

7. International Returns:

• Canadian Returns must be shipped to our returns center in canada, using the carrier of your choice. The customer is responsible for all return costs. Please ship to:

• A copy of the invoice must be inside the return box. Please write your order number on the outside of the box. Please forward your return tracking number to us at hello@snowcountryouterwear.com This will allow us to track your item to the returns center. 
• International returns (EXCEPT CANADA) must return items back to us, using the carrier of your choice. The customer is responsible for all return costs, as well as may be responsible for recovering duties and taxes from their local government.

• We are unable to offer exchanges for international customers. International customers need to return their order to our USA location and re-purchase the correct items. 
  

8. Lost Return Shipments:

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning items. Snow Country Outerwear is not responsible for lost return shipments.

9. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit your return through the return portal where you will be prompted to upload an image. If approved Snow Country Outerwear will cover the cost of your return shipping.
