1. About Redo

A purchase of the $3.98 Free Returns Coverage allows you to receive a paid return or exchange label for any eligible item in that order! If you did not purchase Redo coverage, please continue through the return portal to submit your return or exchange request. You will be prompted to purchase your return label inside of our return portal. This amount will be deducted from your return value. The price of this label is variable and is simply the best available rate, it depends on the weight of your return.

2. Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. From 11/15-12-15, we extend holiday returns to 1/15.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
3. USA Return Process:
- For returns within the US, You have two options for initiating a return:
- Visit our returns portal here to receive/purchase your return label. This label can be used to ship your item back to us, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. You will also have the option to exchange your item for a different size.
- Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Exchange Process:
- We offer two types of exchanges: Standard and Instant exchanges.
- Standard exchanges process once we receive the item back in our warehouse and require no credit card information.
- Instant exchanges will require you to put your credit card information in, but will process immediately and ship the same or following business day. You MUST ship your item back to us within 2 weeks of creating this exchange, otherwise your card will be charged for the full price of the item. This allows us to get you your exchanges much faster, since we can ship you your item before you even send it back to us. The item does not need to arrive in the 2 week period, it just needs be shipped within 2 weeks.
- While we offer the ability to exchange for a different size/color of an item, we also offer the ability to exchange for any other item in our store. If there is a discrepancy in price you will either be refunded the difference or sent an invoice for the difference.
5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your returned item.
- Please note that some financial institutions might take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Condition of Returns:
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if items show signs of use or damage.
7. International Returns:
- To begin an international return, please visit our return portal here or direct your shipment to the address below and include a copy of the original invoice.

8. Lost Return Shipments:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning items. Snow Country Outerwear is not responsible for lost return shipments.
9. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit your return through the return portal where you will be prompted to upload an image. If approved Snow Country Outerwear will cover the cost of your return shipping.
