All orders are processed within 1 business days, and most of our orders ship the same day if received by 2:00 PM East Coast Time! You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier service delays. It is common during the holidays, for Carriers to take an extra day.  They estimate delivery dates, but do not guarantee a delivery date during peak season. 

Domestic Shipping:

At Snow Country Outerwear, our customers are our priority, that’s why we offer FREE economy 5-8 day shipping on all US domestic orders over $99.99. (Some economy orders will arrive sooner)

Need your item in a hurry? Choose one of our faster shipping options. (Standard delivery is 3-4 business days and Expedited delivery is 1-2 business days) Please keep in mind that business days are Monday-Friday. Most shippers do NOT pick up on the weekend. 

International Shipping: 

We ship to  Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Choose between DHL Express, UPS, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express.

Shipping costs are calculated on item weight and do not include customs, duties, fees, GST or VAT, which may be incurred once your shipment reaches its country of destination. Snow Country Outerwear is not responsible for any of these charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO :

We do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO. These package will ship via USPS

Checking Order Status:

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5-8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders, or 2 weeks for international orders) please contact us at  nwsalesconnection@usa.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. We do extend the return policy during the holiday season.  From November 15 through December 15, the return policy is extended to 1/15. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging or with tags attached.

All swimwear must have the hygienic liners still in place. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny any return if it does not meet our requirements. We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping mode.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, please allow 1-2 business days from the date that we receive the return for the refund to be fully processed. We try to process most returns upon receipt, but it does take a few days for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) for the price of the item. Please be advised that some financial institutions may take longer to process your refund.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items:

If you receive the wrong item, your item arrives damaged, or is defective due to craftsmanship, please email the photos along with your name and confirmation number to nwsalesconnection@usa.net.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. If you paid for shipping when the item was purchased,  those costs are nonrefundable.
