Women's Plus Size Snow Pants - Insulated Ski Pants - 1X-6X Short, Regular and Tall in sizes 1X-6X

These were delivered on time, packaging was great, and the fit is perfect. Size 4X slides right over jeans, which I am wearing underneath the snow pants.

Purchased 3x short. I am normally a size 22 but went with the 3x because I wanted some extra room with bulkier clothing. These are so warm and fit perfectly.

The reason I only gave 4 stars is that I had to tie off and trim all the strings from where the stitches ended. Also, on one side the velcro is sewn on backwards so the belt portion has to be twisted in order to stay. I would have expected a little higher quality given the price I paid. Are these deal breakers for me? No, I can easily fix them but shouldn't have to.

I was pleasantly impressed with these snowpants! They fit true to size! I appreciate the zipper pockets which are DEEP! that is nice! I got my pistol in there and know it won't get wet. I was outside for 3 hours snowblowing and it is 10 degrees with 40mph winds. I did not get cold or wet! I'm 5'4 and ordered regular cause I didn't want them short and have snow sneaking in. They for fine.
I dint trip over them. These have neat pockets to air out legs etc. Only complaint is I wished they had purple. like teals and blue. I may get 2nd pair at some point.

I was so excited that I found a pair of snow pants that actually fit me. I typically wear a 3x/4x bottom but followed the size chart and ordered the 5x. They fit my bottom, my waist and my thighs with no issues! (my jacket as you can see has gotten a bit snug around the midsection, but the pants did great!) I bought these to wear on a ski trip and they kept me warm & dry. The legs were a bit long but did fine on the outside of my boots. The zippered pockets were nice. Definitely held up through the season and washed well. Two thumbs up!

Great fit, has zipper in the inner thigh for more flexibility and some air cause it gets hot in there!

I’ve never been accused of being tiny, but finding clothes for curves that actually fit well and look ok is tough. These were both. I usually wear a 2x and I got a 2x.

These are designed for hips with a small waist. The waist band sits a little higher than I prefer on my jeans and is snug. They might not be for you if you don’t have a curvy figure. There is even straps to tighten the waist if necessary. Below the waist they have the perfect amount of space for hips and thighs. If you do have a smaller waist you should be able to wear leggings under them. If you are a bit bigger these might not be comfortable to bend over a lot or play with kiddos. But standing is super comfortable. Would be good for skiing and other outdoor snow things.

They have elastic bands inside the ankles to fit over snow boots. The thickness is great for extended periods outside and the pockets are well lined with good zippers. The flare at the bottom of the leg is a little extreme, but not too crazy.

Bigger girls are allowed to have comfortable clothes for outdoor fun too. And the price and fit combined makes these a double win.

Size charts almost never work for me, so after reading through the reviews, I tried multiple sizes and styles from Snow Country Outerwear. I reviewed each item and size below for comparison, and I copied this review to each product page.

I have an extreme pear shape: 46H US / 46FF UK bra size, 54-52-68 current measurements, and I generally wear US women's size 22/24 & 2X/3X tops and size 24/26 & 3X/4X bottoms. (See what I mean? No size chart would tell me that my hips would fit comfortably into size 24 jeans or 3X active pants, and yet here we are.) Anyway, I am 5'6" tall with a 33" inseam, 21" upper arm, 32" upper leg, and 20" calf.

I am providing all of this information because measurements, body shape, weight distribution, and typical clothing size are much more useful than height/weight for determining fit. If you find these body stats useful, I implore you to include your stats in your own reviews!

This snow bib is fantastic! I would have given it five stars if not for the hassle of trying and returning multiple garments due to the inaccurate size chart.

The 4X is a perfect fit. It’s comfortable, it moves well, and it kept me warm and dry while tubing at Arctic Valley, Alaska at 10°F. I appreciate the ribbed side gussets, which allow for a comfortable fit and good movement. I had the sides partially stretched in a standing position, with room to slide my arms down to adjust the leggings I wore underneath. This is great because they'll still fit if I fluctuate up or down a bit in size. The keychain loop ensures that I won't lose my car keys on the mountain. I appreciate the leg gaiters for keeping snow out of boots, although the elastic openings are way too wide (they can easily fit over my calves). However, they stay put when I tuck them into my boots, and the pant legs are the perfect length. The only things missing are the lower leg pockets and the zipper ventilation found in other Snow Country Outerwear garments.

An additional note about movement: I found that I was able to bend my knees much more easily in this 4X bib than I could in the 5X snow ski pants (#2a below).

I originally tried the 6X based on the size chart since I have 68" hips. This snow bib was comically large on me. Have you ever seen a young kid wearing an adult's clothes? That's what this felt like. My partner could have fit inside this snow bib with me, no joke. That said, the fit was actually in between the 5X and 6X sizes of the snow ski pants (#2a and 2b below) with the side gussets hanging unstretched. I returned this 6X bib and ordered the 4X instead, which was perfect.

2a. Snow Country Outerwear Womens Plus Size Snow Ski Pants, size 5X

Despite the size chart measurements indicating that the 5X would be too small, these snow pants were roomy in the waist and hips even after tightening the velcro waist straps. They were very loose in the legs and they were slightly long, although I wasn't tripping over the legs. Weirdly, they did not bend well at the knees. Even though they were loose, the pant legs limited my movement every time I tried to squat. On the plus side, the lower leg pockets could come in handy, and I appreciated the inner leg ventilation zippers. I returned these and went with the 4X ski bib instead (#1a above).

This ended up being the largest of the pants and snow bibs that I tried. Again, the size chart was misleading. Even though my hips measure at the top end of the size chart, I was swimming in these snow pants. I returned them and went with the 4X ski bib instead (#1a above).

I spent hours searching for snow pants that weren’t just basic black and that would be comfortable for my big booty and my tummy. I loved these pants so much that I had to leave a review in case people are debating on their purchase. Im 5’7” usually wear a size 20 torrid pant and size 2 top. These pants fit my curves perfect. The waist was a little big but was never an issue. Loved loved loved. Super warm and they kept me dry in Montana snow for a week straight. I ordered a size 4 short.

These snow pants are perfect for my Montana adventures. I bought one size up so I could wear leggings underneath, and they fit perfectly... not too snug, and room to move. I have big thighs and a big butt, so other snow pants were too tight and restricted movement. These were comfortable and durable. I would definitely buy them again. Perfect for a woman with curves

I accidentally got 4x and they are huge! I kept losing my pants on the mountain. But, really nice and extremely satisfied with the pants. Just order a size down from what you’d normally wear.

I ordered a size 3(24size) and I am a 22 in jeans, fit is very true to size. I like to wear pants one size up so I feel comfy. The berry is really pretty and I can’t wait to wear them out in the snow.

I ordered the 4xl after reading the comments thinking I would need more room in my tummy area. Usually with snowpants there is not much stretch from standing to being able to sit down. I get reflux so this was especially a big deal to me. After trying them on I found I had too much room on my belly as well as the back of the legs. I did the Velcro as far as it would go to tighten it and it may have worked but they just felt too baggy all over.
I ordered the 3xl and found they fit great and if I need a little extra room in my tummy area I could easily adjust the Velcro straps although it was comfortable with them as they were.
In the pictures it doesn't look like a big difference between the two sizes but I wanted to share the pictures so others couple at least see it on a body. Also, these are the short size and I am 5'4".

I’m 5’2 and wear size 18/20 in jeans. These fit well size wise but are still too long for my preference. But, they do work! Ive worn them skiing twice with no issues. Very warm material.

The pants were great quality, and they were exactly what I was looking for. I had to buy numerous pairs to get the right size since I haven’t ordered from you before but now I have a better idea of how they run. I do wish you made the legs bigger and the waist smaller. I had to get mine tailored at the top because the top was too big when I finally found a pair that would fit in the legs. Seems like the legs are a little slim for the size of the top. That would be my suggestion otherwise the pants are good and exactly what you say they are.

I am a plus size women 5'10 300lbs and they fit so well. I am finally able to do outdoor activities in the winter with ease. Highly recommend. Great quality. Durable. And warm.

I purchased these ski pants for an upcoming ski trip. It was my first purchase from the company, so I was a little unsure of how the sizing was. I am an hourglass size 24 plus size woman with big thighs. The pants fit excellent with plenty of room in them, I had 2 pairs of thick leggings on underneath and was still able to pull these pants on without having to unzip or unbutton them. They are soft and very warm, it was about -5 on my ski trip and I did not get cold at all in these pants. They have gators around the bottom of legs to tuck into your boots if wanted, zip vents in the knees, and just all around perfect in my opinion.

Bright snow pants I got an extra large and they fit great. This company best sell ever and I will buy more from them.

I ordered the pants to be able to play in the snow with my niece. I recommend ordering up a size. While they fit, a larger size would be more comfortable, but they work for my purposes.

It’s hard to find plus size snow pants and these succeeded where others have failed. They kept me warm when I wore them out on a below zero day.
